We’re on the lookout for an upbeat, compassionate, and reliable Direct Support Professional to join our Gracefully Aging & Life Skills Day Program — a vibrant, caring space where every day is a chance to uplift others and celebrate milestones both big and small.
What You’ll Do:
Support individuals as they grow in independence, confidence, and daily living skills
Foster well-being and autonomy by empowering individuals to make choices and take charge of their own lives
Build meaningful relationships through warm, positive interaction and role modeling
Plan engaging community activities and help coordinate transportation
Support people in reaching their goals through structured programming, observation, and teaching
Promote health and safety while assisting with medication protocols and therapeutic interventions
Keep clear records and collaborate in team meetings
What You Bring to the Team:
A kind heart, good energy, and a genuine desire to support people with disabilities
High school diploma preferred
At least 2 years of experience in the human services field is preferred
Ability to lift 25 lbs and assist with transitioning or transferring
Valid ND driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness to grow through training, learning, and being a team player
