Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a strong casino or hospitality background.
- Proven success in player development, database marketing, and multi-channel campaign management.
- Experience working in a rural or destination market preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across all property touchpoints.
- Lead and mentor a multi-functional marketing team to ensure effective promotion and branding.
- Analyze market trends and guest data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
