Mindful Healing Behavioral Health Clinic is dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate, evidence-based mental health and substance use treatment. We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead our clinical programs and oversee the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all clinical and operational functions across the organization.
- Align clinical strategies with organizational goals for quality and compliance.
- Maintain full compliance with Joint Commission (JCAHO) standards and federal/state regulatory requirements.
- Develop and monitor clinical policies and procedures in accordance with Medicaid/Medicare and insurance standards.
- Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff to ensure effective service delivery.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and clinical performance monitoring.
- Organize and conduct ongoing staff education, clinical training, and development.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, trauma-informed care, and client-centered engagement.
- Act as a liaison between clinical teams and executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Required: Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Tor Psychiatry.
- Licensure (must be current, active, and unrestricted):
- LMHC, LMFT, LCSW/LICSW (preferred)

- Minimum 5–10 years of clinical experience, with at least 2–5 years in a healthcare or behavioral health leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing behavioral health programs in outpatient, residential, or hospital settings.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards, Medicaid/Medicare billing, clinical compliance, and EHR systems.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices in behavioral health and substance use treatment.
- Prior experience as a Clinical Director or Operational Manager in a behavioral healthcare facility.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
