The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health is currently hiring a Director of Clinical Services to join our team of dedicated professionals.

The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health is a 156-bed private behavioral health system located on 13 acres in the Greenville, South Carolina Area. Specializing in psychiatric programs and substance abuse treatments such as detox and rehab, The Carolina Center serves Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, and areas throughout South Carolina and western North Carolina. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: To provide day-to-day clinical and administrative functions and supervision of inpatient clinical staff.

Education: Master's degree in social work, psychology, or mental health counseling required; South Carolina LMSW or LPC license with current registration required.

Experience: Two years of management experience required. Three years of related experience preferred. Experience in psychiatric hospital setting required; range of experience within the continuum of care preferred (e.g. inpatient, outpatient, or IOP, partial).

Additional Requirements: Successful completion Management Aggressive Behavior Training (HWC) before on the unit orientation and prior to assisting with restraining procedures. Successful certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association for CPR prior to taking an independent patient assignment.

Work Hours: Day shift: 7:00am-7:30pm, Night shift: 7:00pm-7:30am. All shifts include every other weekend. May be asked to work overtime and flexible hours
