SkyBridge Luxury & Associates has partnered with a dynamic lifestyle hotel in Edina to identify a talented Director of Food & Beverage. This leader will oversee the full scope of F&B operations, driving creativity, profitability, and excellence across outlets while ensuring an exceptional guest experience that reflects the hotel’s unique positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all F&B outlets, bars, restaurants, in-room dining, and banquets with a focus on delivering elevated lifestyle experiences
- Develop innovative menu concepts, seasonal programming, and beverage strategies that align with the hotel’s brand identity and local market trends
- Ensure operational excellence through effective financial management, labor forecasting, cost controls, and vendor partnerships
- Lead F&B leadership team in training, mentoring, and accountability to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Collaborate with Sales & Events teams to optimize banquet and catering performance, ensuring memorable group experiences
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards while creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere
- Implement systems and processes that balance guest satisfaction with financial performance
- Build strong community relationships to position the property as a culinary and social hub in Edina
Ideal Candidate
- Extensive leadership experience in lifestyle hotels, luxury boutique properties, or high-profile F&B venues
- Proven track record in driving F&B profitability while maintaining best-in-class guest satisfaction
- Strong culinary and beverage knowledge, with the ability to inspire innovation and deliver trend-forward concepts
- Hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, guest-centric environments
- Experience working within branded or independent hotels with a lifestyle orientation is highly preferred
