This is a hybrid position on site or as needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Interact directly with executive management on Industry Compliance matters
- Manage all aspects of ensuring compliance with US Federal Government contracting regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and CAS
- Lead Government Accounting Compliance design and implementation of Deltek Costpoint ERM system and oversee the generation of the Annual Incurred Cost Proposal
- Manage the preparation of GDM Cost Impact proposals as needed for cost accounting practice changes
- Collaborate with Finance team in preparation and review of Forward Price Rate Proposal (FPRP)
- Oversee CAS Disclosure Statement alignment with company strategy
- Manage team of professionals responsible for all DCAA audit support
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting or finance with 10 years of hands-on related experience in Government Contract Accounting Compliance
- Deltek Costpoint implementation and user experience
- Advanced hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of indirect pools and rate application
- Extensive knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations), DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement), and CAS (Cost Accounting Standards)
- Excellent relationship management skills, engaging directly with DCAA/DCMA and internal constituents
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA or other professional certification
- Experience managing small team of compliance professionals

- Must be a US Citizen
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
