We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the culinary team.
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and transporting dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is kept clean and in good working order.
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is essential.
- Familiarity with culinary techniques such as cooking and food preparation is a plus.
- Experience in catering or banquet services can be beneficial.
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Pay: $16.50 - $22.50 per hour
