We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Duties
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping as needed.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Follow proper food safety protocols to maintain a hygienic workspace.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen setting.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help team members in various capacities within the hospitality industry.
