Position Overview:
The Dishwasher plays a critical role in keeping the kitchen clean and organized during busy hours at The Lodge. You’ll be responsible for maintaining clean dishes, glassware, and kitchen tools to ensure smooth operations throughout the service/prep times.
Duties:
- Wash dishes, glasses, and utensils quickly and thoroughly.
- Organize clean dishes and ensure they are ready for use in food preparation and service.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep when needed.
- Help with kitchen closing duties, such as trash removal and organizing storage areas.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen roles preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available for early morning shifts and flexible hours.
Schedule:
- Shift hour vary based on service day
- Morning shifts
- Evening shifts
- Some Holidays
- Weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
