Bratts Hill is a small business in Buffalo, NY. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Bratts Hill by Chef Darian is a two in one restaurant concept. We have both a fast-casual lunch as well as a upscale dinner concept all under the same roof. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in the kitchen. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for customer service and hospitality.
Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Assist with food preparation and plating when necessary
- Clear tables and clean dining area after guests have finished their meals
- Help with catering events as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and customers
- Prior experience in the food industry preferred but not required
- Must be able to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
