Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting the overall operation of our food service establishment, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all items are properly stored after cleaning.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and helping with basic cooking duties.
- Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all service items are clean and ready for use.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow during peak service times.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in regular cleaning tasks throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is advantageous.
- Experience in culinary roles or hospitality settings such as hotels or catering services is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
