Summary
As a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Infinite Mechanical, LLC, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. This role is vital in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and supporting our growth as a leading service provider in the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding HVAC services, scheduling, and pricing.
- Coordinate with leadership and technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support logistics by managing service requests and scheduling appointments.
- Work directly with COO daily troubleshooting customer needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to decipher customer needs and sense of urgency during initial conversation and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proven abilities with phone systems and Microsoft Office .
- Experience with Service Titan a plus.
