Position: Full-Time Store Manager
Schedule: 40 hours/week

Are you a hands-on retail leader ready to grow with an exciting new THCa dispensary in Winston Salem, NC? We’re hiring a Full-Time Store Manager who will lead the team and work the floor, ensuring daily operations run smoothly while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Work the sales floor daily alongside the team, engaging customers and driving sales
- Oversee all store operations with a focus on compliance, service, and team performance
- Create and manage weekly schedules for full-time employees
- Train and coach staff on products, customer service, and retail best practices
- Manage inventory and handle product tracking via POS and other systems
- Ensure the store is clean, compliant, and well-organized at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Retail management experience is required (cannabis retail experience is a plus)
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
- Willingness to be hands-on and lead by example
- Dependable, organized, and motivated to help build and grow the business
Compensation & Benefits:
