What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple Burger King restaurants within your assigned district.
- Drive district performance by developing and executing strategies that align with company goals.
- Analyze key metrics, including sales, P&L, and guest satisfaction, to ensure top-tier performance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and lead process enhancements that boost efficiency and profitability.
- Inspire, coach, and develop restaurant managers and their teams to exceed performance targets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support seamless communication and collaboration.
- Hold regular district meetings to provide guidance, support, and accountability.
- Enforce company standards and ensure full compliance with operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Build and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and business partners.
What You Bring:
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-unit operations, preferably in QSR or hospitality.
- Strong business acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- A successful track record in driving sales, optimizing performance, and improving customer experience.
- Strategic thinking and solid project management skills.
- Ability to recognize challenges and resolve them proactively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.

Pay: Up to $78,000.00 per year
