Job Title: Document Management Representative
Location : Fort Worth, TX 76177
Type : 6+ Months (long term contract)
Description:
Responsible for managing the flow of documents into and out of the Fort Worth Business Center, including receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages; shipping outgoing mail and packages; creating, storing, and distributing electronic files; managing offsite record storage and retrieval.
Job Responsibilities:
- Incoming and outgoing mail handling - accepting incoming mail, sorting and delivering to the proper recipients; prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment; operate mailroom equipment including postage meters, letter openers, and fold and insert machines.
- Document imaging - Prepare documents for scanning, operate document imaging equipment to scan documents and create electronic files, verify quality of digital images, index and store images according to organizational requirements.
- Offsite record storage and retrieval - prepare, record, and ship records to offsite storage and process requests for retrieval of records from offsite storage.

Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Please note: Must be comfortable interacting with internal customers; position requires in-office presence, there will be no remote working options for this position; must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. and be comfortable standing for long periods of time.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
