Since 1933 The Dutch Oven Bakery has treated customers with delicious baked goods. Our growing business in search of people to grow with us. We are looking for Overnight Doughnut Makers. Primary responsibilities are to measure ingredients, mix dough, shape, fry, fill and decorate doughnuts. Other responsibilities include: prepare different types of bread, a wide range of pastries, cookies, cakes and pies. Experience a plus, but we will train.
We have openings on both evening and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities
- Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use
- Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
- Bake different bread types
- Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
- Mix, shape, fry, fill and decorate doughnuts
- Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries
- Prepare custom-made pastries based on customers’ preferences
- Recommend recipes to renew our menu and attract more customers
- Track food supplies and place orders, as needed
Skills
- Previous baker experience not necessary - just an eagerness to learn
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
