Main Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Quantum Courses: Create engaging, high-quality educational content and curricula tailored to diverse audiences, in various formats and media forms.
- Aggregate and Curate Learning Resources: Develop a centralized hub for quantum learning by sourcing, organizing, and enhancing existing materials.
- Collaborate with Global Experts: Partner with leading academics, industry professionals, and institutions to co-create and validate educational offerings.
- Drive Community Engagement: Work closely with the quantum community to promote adoption of QM’s educational initiatives and foster a vibrant learning ecosystem.
- Measure and Iterate: Establish metrics for success, gather feedback, and continuously improve the learning experience.
- Build Scalable Education Platforms: Lead the development of infrastructure and digital platforms to host and deliver quantum courses and training programs.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Background in Quantum Science or Engineering: M.Sc. in quantum physics and/or engineering (PhD – a strong advantage).
- Experience in Education or Training (an advantage): Proven track record in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational technology.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to work with software and platform development teams to build and maintain educational infrastructure.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex concepts into accessible and engaging content, and to deliver it effectively both verbally and in a written format.
- Community-Oriented Mindset: Passion for collaboration, outreach, and building inclusive learning communities.
- Creative and Strategic Thinker: Visionary mindset with the ability to execute and scale impactful programs.
- Execution mindset: proven track record in moving from planning to execution, operating with flexibility and a bias to action
- Autonomy and self-direction: Ability to plan and execute with clarity and initiative
- Experience working with QUA – an advantage
- Highly proficient in English (native English speaker – an advantage)
