Job Summary: Performs a variety of electronic and mechanical subassembly and assembly operations of a repetitive nature to build up units such as box builds, cable harnesses, and general electronic/mechanical assemblies.

Job Summary: Performs a variety of electronic and mechanical subassembly and assembly operations of a repetitive nature to build up units such as box builds, cable harnesses, and general electronic/mechanical assemblies.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform basic and/or advanced, standardized, and repetitive electro-mechanical assembly.
- Perform Wire/Cable/Harness assembly.
- Inspect Mechanical assemblies/Chassis/Cables/Harnesses for defects
- May perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly such as cutting wire, stripping, wiring and fastening connections.
- Other production activities as required.

What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma, GED, and/or technical diploma and 3+ years’ equivalent assembly experience and/or military technical training.
- Must be able to read and understand work instructions, schematics, bills of material, diagrams, and engineering change orders.
- Ability to do repetitive operations.
- Ability to use a PC for basic operation (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent eye-hand coordination.
- Excellent manual dexterity.
- Accurate and detail-oriented.
- Must be mechanically inclined and able to use hand tools and small power tools.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 lbs.; ability to stand for long periods.
- Must be a conscientious and cooperative team player
- Must be well organized and able to multi-task
- Must demonstrate willingness to work overtime as needed (occasional)
- Ability to solder and/or rework fine pitch SMT parts under magnification a plus.
