Description:
- Assemble and test electro-mechanical devices and components.
- Perform electronics soldering tasks.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
- follow GDP and GLP guidelines to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
- Identify and execute process improvements to enhance lab efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment, including environmental chambers, vibration testers, and oscilloscopes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of lab protocols and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve processes and product designs.
- Document procedures and results according to industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device assembly, electronics assembly, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical or electromechanical background is a plus.
- CAD experience is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
