Description:
Seeking a responsible, detail oriented individual with excellent communication skills and customer service experience. This position is responsible for assisting members via telephone or email related to online banking issues, performing accounts transfers, and providing account balances and transaction history, in addition to miscellaneous inquiries. Also assists with researching and resolving member issues.
Requirements:
- High School diploma
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- One year experience working in a Credit Union or Bank preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
