Job Title: Hardware Technician

Job Description:
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-precision micro-soldering, re-balling, and SMT-level rework on prototype PCBs
- Diagnose and resolve board-level faults using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and test benches
- Rapidly execute hardware ECOs, manage lab tools, and maintain reflow ovens
- Document issues with failure photos, trace captures, and update test logs
- Collaborate with design engineers to debug and improve prototype performance
What We're Looking For
- Expertise in 0201 micro-soldering, SMT rework, and board repair
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, reflow ovens, and microscopes
- Precision-focused, detail-oriented approach to board troubleshooting
- Electrical Engineering degree OR strong portfolio demonstrating hardware lab expertise
Bonus Skills:
- IPC/WHMA, J-STD-001, or similar technician certifications
- Experience with low-power IoT, wearables, or early prototyping
- Familiarity with AOI or X-ray inspection for fine-pitch PCBs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
