Job Title: Engineering Architecture Analyst

The Engineering Architecture Analyst will lead the evaluation, design, and improvement of complex system architectures, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic engineering and business goals. This role requires deep expertise in modern technologies, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable and secure engineering solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate existing system architectures for improvement opportunities
- Lead the design of scalable and high-performing architecture solutions
- Provide guidance on technical decisions and ensure best practices are followed
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to align architecture with strategic objectives
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, security policies, and performance requirements
- Mentor junior analysts and support cross-functional engineering teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or architecture analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in systems design, architecture assessment, and performance evaluation
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or modern cloud architectures preferred
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
