Responsibilities
- Design Plastic products using CAD systems
- Produce functional parts designs
- Design tools to existing standards
- Deliver error free drawings to tool build
- Interact with tool builders and production
- Document tool building and standards changes
- Support sales with part designs and samples as needed
Qualifications and Experience
- 3D CAD Modeling in Siemens NX or SolidWorks required
- CAD Certifications preferred, or 1-2 years equivalent experience
- Or degreed in Plastics Engineering/Technology
- Injection Molding, Extrusion, Thermoforming, and Dip Molding product design
- Excellent PC skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Computer administration duties using Oracle Manufacturing
- Ability to work and communicate with all levels in the company
