Position Summary
The Enrollment Manager is a crucial member of our team, responsible for spearheading the school's enrollment efforts. This individual will be entrusted with managing the entire enrollment process, from initial inquiry to student matriculation, while actively marketing open spots and ensuring enrollment consistently meets or exceeds our target levels. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, organized, and persuasive professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for our school's mission.
Key Responsibilities
Tours and Prospective Family Engagement:
- Conduct engaging and informative tours of the school for prospective families, highlighting our unique classical approach, facilities, and community.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and online submissions.
- Build strong relationships with prospective families, answering questions and addressing concerns to guide them through the enrollment journey.
Enrollment Process Management:
- Oversee and streamline the entire student enrollment process, including application, admissions criteria, and registration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date enrollment records and databases.
- Ensure all necessary forms and documentation are completed and collected in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with families regarding enrollment status, deadlines, and next steps.
Marketing and Outreach (Church and School):
- Develop and implement strategies to market open enrollment spots effectively, utilizing various channels (e.g., social media, local community events, school website, targeted advertisements).
- Social Media Specialist for both Church and School
- Collaborate with school leadership to identify and pursue new enrollment opportunities.
- Represent the church and school at community events, school fairs, and other promotional activities.
- Track marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage church and schools social medias.
- Be present for specific church and school events to assist with social media presence.
Enrollment Growth and Retention:
- Proactively work to maintain enrollment above minimum required levels (63 full-time students), actively identifying and addressing potential declines.
- Contribute to efforts aimed at student retention and family satisfaction.
- Provide monthly reports on enrollment status, trends, and projections to school board.
- Ensure that Constant Contact List for the School and needed Classrooms is up to date with new families added and families who have left removed.
- The long-term goal for this position is to achieve and maintain 90% or higher of the school's maximum enrollment capacity.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, particularly in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, admissions, or enrollment management, preferably within an educational setting.
Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong ability to meet targets.
- Enthusiasm for and alignment with the mission and values of Epiphany Lutheran Preschool and Classical School.
Compensation and Employment Terms
- Hourly Wage: $17.00 per hour.
- Incentive: An incentive of $150 for each new full-time student that begins attending Epiphany Lutheran Preschool and Classical School. $75 for each new Part-time Student.
Incentive: Monthly on the first if we are at:
- 95% of Max Enrollment (74 Full-time Student)- $500 Bonus
- 90% of Max Enrollment (70 Full-time Students- $400 Bonus
- 85% of Max Enrollment (66 Full-time Students)- $250 Bonus
Work Schedule:
- This is a 40-hour per week position.
- The position is currently funded until the end of December 2025.
Termination Clause: If the full-time student enrollment (calculated as per the enrollment calculation above) is under 55 on October 10th 2025, the position will be terminated.
