Petro Mechanical is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Construction Lead to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for recent graduates in Construction Science, Construction Management, or a related field who are ready to launch their careers in Oil & Gas construction. You’ll gain real-world experience, mentorship, and a clear path to becoming a Construction Manager.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with senior team members to prepare job bids and detailed proposals
- Estimate materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
- Procure materials from approved vendors and manage delivery logistics
- Assist in scheduling and aligning construction crews with material availability
- Perform field measurements and quality checks to ensure construction accuracy
- Support end-to-end project execution and assist in close-out procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate (within the past 12 months) with a degree in:
- Construction Science
- Construction Management
- Or a related field
- Solid understanding of construction materials, processes, and workflows
- Strong estimating, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- High attention to detail and self-starting attitude
- Willingness to work remotely with occasional travel to job sites
- Experience or exposure to construction tech (BIM, drones, prefabrication) is a plus

Pay: $26.81 - $32.28 per hour
