Job Description
As an Entry-Level Health Plan Executive, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for individuals and families exploring their health coverage options. Your job will be to consult with clients, identify their needs, present tailored insurance solutions, and deliver world-class service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients (inbound and outbound) to assess their health and financial coverage needs
- Educate customers on a range of private and supplemental health plans
- Provide ongoing client service and support through every step of the enrollment process
- Maintain compliance with state/federal guidelines (we’ll train you)
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to continually improve sales strategy and customer experience
Who We're Looking For:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional & coachable attitude
- Sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus (but not required)
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
