Position Overview
As a Life Insurance Agent, you’ll be responsible for helping clients identify their insurance needs and guiding them through coverage options that fit their lifestyle and goals. You’ll have access to strong support systems, training programs, qualified leads, and growth opportunities within a collaborative and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative service
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Provide quotes and explain policy details clearly and accurately
- Handle applications, renewals, and policy adjustments with attention to detail
- Stay informed on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
- Meet established sales goals while maintaining high ethical standards
- Manage client records and communications using company CRM tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Active state Life lines insurance license or willingness to obtain
- Prior experience in sales, insurance, or customer service a plus (Not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
- Proficient with computer systems and CRM software
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $71,257.00 - $78,183.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 45 per week
