Maximum Value Plans is seeking a driven , motivated and professional Insurance Agent to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and account management ! You will be responsible for providing clients with tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs.
As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients understand their insurance options and ensuring they receive the best coverage available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on the benefits of healthcare insurance.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Achieve sales targets and goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus but is not required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid Health and Life insurance license is required or must be willing to obtain a license with our assistance and guidance.
