ENVIRONMENT ART INTERN
What You'll Do
The Special Projects team is looking for a general 3D environmental artist to help build awesome demos and worlds featuring the latest and greatest features of the Unreal Engine.
In this role, you will
- Work in the Unreal Engine to learn new features and workflows
- Apply learnings to assigned tasking within the projects
- Develop areas of discipline from each of our team members, which include modeling, texturing, set dressing, lighting and general Unreal engine disciplines and problem solving
- Learn to work on a team during development and delivery cycles for products, UEFest keynotes and Special deliveries
- Work with an Art Director and senior artists to develop skill sets
What we're looking for
- Must provide portfolio of work demonstrating relevant projects
- Must be open to feedback on artistic direction
- Task driven with a sense of time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a passion for creating 3D art and world building along with an artistic eye
- Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done when the time comes
- Knowledge of other Unreal Engine disciplines: VFX, Cameras, Sequencer, Sound, Gameplay, Blueprint design, Performance
This internship has a flexible start date in 2026. Recruitment will be ongoing until teams find an ideal match.
