A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Provides administrative support to the Equipment Buyers, contributing to efficient and effective operations.
- Reviews and edits purchase orders, which may include adding lines, canceling lines, and additional costs associated with the purchase order.
- Inspects equipment invoices, identifying errors and collaborating with buyers or project teams for timely corrections.
- Reviews requisitions sent in from project sites, coordinating with Equipment Buyers to fulfill requests promptly and accurately.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related degree; or equivalent combinations of education and work experience
- Two or more years of applicable experience working as a fleet or equipment professional required.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience and strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products.
