What You’ll Do:
- Install and maintain erosion control measures (silt fences, straw, driveways, tree protection, and more)
- Use basic tools and equipment (we’ll teach you!)
- Follow directions from your crew lead or supervisor
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Keep your work area clean and safe
What We’re Looking For:
- No experience needed — we train on the job
- A good attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors year-round
- Reliable transportation to job sites
