ESG Account Manager

 

The Account Manager will be responsible for the success of ESG accounts by managing the overall relationship, but working closely with other departments and teams within the organization. Duties include, but are not limited to onboarding support, implementation, transition plans, account planning, project management, research, client engagement and support, leading both internal and external calls, and maintaining overall client satisfaction. In addition to daily responsibilities, this person will be the project lead for all account reviews as well as planning/executing projects to help with client needs. They will be required to both effectively manage their work and seamlessly meet corporate and portfolio-wide needs. Travel is required.

Technology: Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office programs; familiarity with Asana a plus

Subject Matter Expertise: ESG and real estate experience a plus

PMP or other similar credential a plus
