Summary
As a Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional in-home support to clients. Located throughout the United States, this position is essential in helping individuals maintain their dignity and independence while receiving the compassionate care they deserve.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
- Support clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Create a safe and comfortable environment for clients to thrive in.
- Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs as required.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and home health practices is beneficial.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
