Position Overview
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping answer questions, share product knowledge, and guide them through their buying journey. Whether it’s at events or in retail settings, your goal is to provide excellent service and support sales efforts in a positive, approachable way.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Answer questions and provide clear product or service information
- Support brand promotions and help drive sales through conversations
- Work at on-site locations (events or retail), assisting with setup and breakdown as needed
- Execute sales transactions and meet sales goals by engaging customers and recommending suitable products or services
- Collect feedback and report customer experiences to help improve service

- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and eager to learn
