Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team for an upcoming event. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that each attendee to our event has a great experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Friday 7/18: 12 noon to 6:00 PM
Saturday 7/19: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Sunday 7/20: 8:00 AM - 9:00PM
Duties
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture and equipment as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
- Placing wristbands on attendees
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event area during the event.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all aspects of the event are executed seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in event staffing or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform light lifting as needed during events.
