We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Event Technology Specialist to join our onsite event operations team. This role focuses on badge printing and check-in technology for conferences, trade shows, and other high-profile events.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Zebra badge printers and related hardware
- Configure local networks for badge printers and iPads for onsite badge printing
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly in a live event environment
- Assist with attendee check-in and provide exceptional customer service
- Work closely with event managers to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Prior knowledge or experience with badge printing technology (Zebra printers preferred)
- Experience setting up small/local networks for devices
- Comfortable using iPads and other event check-in tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible event schedules
- Professional appearance and communication skills
