Sharpcontra is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Events Assistant to support our events team in the planning and execution of live and branded experiences. You will play a key role in ensuring every detail of our events runs smoothly and professionally, from pre-event logistics to on-site coordination and post-event follow-up.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating logistics for corporate and marketing events from start to finish
Communicate with vendors, venues, and service providers to confirm arrangements
Prepare event materials and support documentation
Track and manage event inventories, supplies, and shipping
Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown
Maintain project timelines, schedules, and internal communications
Ensure compliance with event safety protocols and internal standards
Provide administrative support to the Events Manager as needed
