What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee all back-of-house operations at Wild Pine, including prep, production, special events, and sourcing
- Work with the Gravity Haus Director of Culinary on menu development, seasonal changes, and educational programming for the F&B team
- Recruit, train, and develop your kitchen team, providing consistent coaching and cross-training
- Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and creativity in the kitchen
- Execute culinary operations with an eye on efficiency, quality, and consistency
- Oversee food safety compliance, including temperature logs, sanitation practices, and storage protocols
- Manage food and labor costs to support financial goals, completing regular reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with FOH leaders to create a seamless and inspired guest experience
- Support member events and specialty dinners, creating memorable culinary moments

Who You Are
- A proven Executive Chef with experience in upscale, high-volume kitchens or luxury hotel dining concepts
- A Culinary Arts graduate or professional with equivalent industry experience
- 6+ years of progressive kitchen leadership, including team development and operations management
- A cross-trained expert, competent on every station with a deep understanding of kitchen systems
- Comfortable with digital tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and financially astute — able to manage labor, food cost, and inventory to meet goals
- A leader who inspires calm under pressure, takes initiative, and fosters a strong team culture
- Passionate about ingredients, culinary trends, and crafting unique dining experiences
- Bilingual in English and Spanish? Even better.
- Ideally, you hold a valid driver’s license and are comfortable driving manual vehicles — snowmobiles and snowcats included (yes, really)
