Summary
We are seeking an Executive Director (Interim/Temporary) to lead our community at All American Assisted Living. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that we provide the highest quality of care while embodying our core values of compassion, integrity, and respect. Your leadership will be essential in creating a supportive environment where residents feel empowered and valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of community operations to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of compassion and respect among staff while promoting resident engagement.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business development initiatives and community outreach.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the healthcare or senior living industry.
- Strong operational management skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent strategic planning abilities with a track record of successful project management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in business development are preferred.
