Responsibilities
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and build a customer base.
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including face-to-face meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the sales administration system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in insurance sales, benefits administration, and retail sales.
Experience
- Previous experience in telemarketing or retail sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with outside sales techniques and strategies is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as communication with diverse clients is essential.
- Experience in insurance sales or benefits administration is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer feedback effectively.
