Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including updating customer records and tracking sales progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in insurance or telemarketing, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully.
- Experience in benefits administration or sales administration is advantageous.
- A background in customer service is essential for understanding client needs and enhancing satisfaction.
