Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Set up and maintain computer networks, including LAN connections
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and backups
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of computer systems
- Assist users with software installation and usage
- Provide training and support to end-users on various applications
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Mac OS) and office productivity software (Microsoft Office)
- Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Knowledge of network protocols and firewall configurations
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
