We are looking for an experience Dental Front Office Receptionist.
Duties and Requirements:
- Dental Terminology and Knowledge is a MUST
- Assist in administration of day-to-day operations of dental practice
- Conduct a verification of patient insurance coverage
- Record patient insurance information within the patient chart
- Greet Patient by name and update contact and insurance information as appropriate
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Comfortable talking about money and finances
- Collecting payments from patients
- Prepare correspondence and assist team with preparation
- Addressing patient questions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
