Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Outside Sales Representatives to drive field-based outreach throughout Rhode Island. You’ll represent energy-saving solutions available through the state's deregulated utility program and close qualified customers using company-provided tools and systems.
This commission-only opportunity is designed for sales professionals who are goal-oriented, self-driven, and ready to scale their income quickly. Advancement to leadership roles is clear, structured, and performance-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person outreach in pre-selected residential areas throughout Rhode Island
- Present tailored energy solutions to homeowners and renters based on current utility usage
- Identify inconsistent or excessive energy bills and offer savings-based alternatives
- Utilize proven company training, tools, and scripts to close sales efficiently
- Maintain professional, honest, and transparent interactions with customers
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Demonstrated success in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or commission-based roles
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Capable of working independently and managing field schedules
- Must have reliable transportation
- Fast learners with strong work ethic preferred
- Available to start within 24–48 hours is a plus
Compensation & Advancement
- 100% commission-based role with weekly pay every Friday
- Same-day pay options available for qualifying reps
- $1,000 sign-on bonus after 3 months of active sales (eligibility applies)
- Tiered commission system — higher rates for proven performers

Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Up to 2 excused absences per month (24-hour notice required)
- Strict no-call/no-show policy
