Description
Reliance Financial is a privately held SMB finance company with operations spanning three key departments: Underwriting, Operations, and Servicing. The Underwriting team is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and providing a financing solution to SMBs. Today Reliance sources these deals through a network of Independent Sales Organizations (“ISOs”). We are seeking a full-time salaried ISO Representative to expand and manage existing ISO relationships. This role involves identifying and onboarding new ISOs, supporting them throughout the deal submission process, and ensuring Reliance’s programs remain competitive and attractive within the industry. The ideal candidate is a proactive, customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and a passion for driving results.
Responsibilities
- Research and engage prospective ISOs that specialize in providing working capital solutions to SMBs, leveraging cold outreach, networking, and industry connections
- Onboard new ISOs by conducting training sessions on Reliance’s financial products, program guidelines, and submission procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ISOs, providing ongoing support throughout the deal submission and underwriting process.
- Design and implement bonus or retention programs to drive loyalty and increase deal flow.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with past and active ISOs to address pain points and collaborate with internal teams to improve ISO satisfaction and program efficiency.
- Represent Reliance at industry conferences, events, and on relevant social media platforms to enhance the company’s presence and attract new ISO partnerships.
Qualifications
- Junior-level position requiring a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Merchant Cash Advance
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable cold calling or emailing prospects and navigating them through the onboarding process.
- Comfort with cold calling and emailing prospective ISOs, guiding them seamlessly through the onboarding process.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex financial products and processes.
- High level of organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
