Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with legal administrative tasks, including drafting and reviewing documents.
- Prepare for interviews by gathering relevant information and materials.
- Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette when communicating with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Experience
- Proven experience in an executive within a legal environment.
- Familiarity with litigation processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
