```Duties```
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high quality and presentation
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Responsible for routine cleaning, set up and breakdown of teppan cooking table.
- Prepares all menu items according to recipes, portion size, presentation and quality standards.
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. Informs guest of specials and menu changes

```Qualifications```
- Minimum of 3 years experience as teppanyaki chef
· Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.
· Ability to entertain and perform in front of guests is strongly desired.
- Familiarity with dietary department guidelines and restrictions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry required.
- Ability to adapt to changing menus and customer preferences
