Remote Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney
Are you an Associate Attorney with a passion for workers' compensation and a knack for thriving in a remote environment? DEMICCO-NADLER, LLC, a growing firm, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team.
We're looking for someone with significant workers' compensation experience, particularly in:
- Conducting depositions
- Participating in mediations
- Attending evidentiary and final hearings
You'll be instrumental in drafting legal documents, generating pleadings, conducting legal research, and drafting motions. Your ability to comply with and propound discovery and effectively communicate with adjusters, employers, and physicians will be key to your success.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of three years of experience in workers' compensation.
- Exceptional writing and organizational skills are a must.
- A strong work ethic, detail-oriented approach, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication and analytical skills.
