Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Eyebrow Threader to join our professional salon team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in eyebrow threading techniques, an excellent eye for detail and symmetry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. A valid license and/or certification in cosmetology or threading is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise and professional eyebrow threading services for clients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and work area in compliance with health and safety standards
- Provide consultations to clients on shaping, styling, and maintenance
- Recommend appropriate aftercare and additional services as needed
- Stay updated with trends in eyebrow shaping and grooming
- Assist with other salon duties when needed (reception, scheduling, etc.)
Requirements:
- Valid Cosmetology or Esthetician License (State-specific requirement)
- Certification in Threading Techniques (if applicable or required by state)
- Proven experience in eyebrow threading (minimum of [X] years preferred)
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional beauty services such as brow tinting or waxing
- Familiarity with salon management software
- Bilingual is a plus
