The Role
We’re seeking a skilled Eyelash Extension Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll provide customized lash extension services (Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega-Volume, Design Lashes) and lash lifts/tints, while ensuring a safe, comfortable, and luxurious client experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality lash extension services (Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega-Volume, Design Lashes).
- Offer lash lifts, tints, and related beauty services.
- Educate clients on lash aftercare and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following salon protocols.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to support a positive, professional salon environment.
Qualifications
- Licensed in Cosmetology or Esthetics in Arizona (required).
- Certified in Eyelash Extensions (Classic + advanced techniques preferred).
- 1+ years of experience applying lash extensions (preferred but not required if recently certified).
- Strong attention to detail, artistry, and client care.
- Punctual, professional, and motivated to grow with a supportive team.
- Willingness to learn and grow in other areas of the business, including Facials, Permanent Makeup (PMU), and more.
